Self-Respect

Archangel Michael brings us our Angel card message this week.  It is ~ "Self-Respect".

Archangel Michael is supporting your quest for happiness, health, and abundance by advising you to respect and love yourself.  The situation you're inquiring about has some dysfunctional aspects, which can adversely affect your self-esteem.  This card is a sign that it's time to honour yourself, even if others aren't treating you in a worthy manner.  You deserve respect from yourself and others, for you're a beloved child of God (just as everyone is in spiritual truth).

Possible specific meanings:

♥ Get counselling to build your self-esteem.
♥ Leave an abusive situation.
♥ Let go of behaviours that you know deep down aren't healthy or right for you, as guilt erodes self-respect.
♥ Insist that others treat you with respect.

Prayer

Dear God and angels, thank you for helping me see myself as you see me:  through the eyes of love.  Thank you for honouring and respecting me - please guide me to do the same for myself, and grant me the courage to speak up on my own behalf.  I ask for your protection in all of my relationships so that I am surrounded by loving and kind people.

Nurture Yourself

In our Angel Card message this week, Ascended Master, Mother Mary, says ~ "Nurture Yourself".

You've given a lot of yourself lately, and now it's time to give something to yourself.  You've drawn this card because you need to nurture yourself.  This means taking good care of the body through sleep, detoxification, and exercise.  It also means taking care of your needs as you would for others.  To have more energy, abundance, peace, purpose, and everything that you desire, nurture yourself.

♥ Take care of your body.

Mother Mary is the beloved mother of Jesus who is renowned for her purity and compassion.  Mary helps children (including your inner children) and caretakers of children.  You can ask Mother Mary for a Divine assignment to help children as your life's work.

Sensitivity

This week's Angel message comes from Archangel Haniel. It is ~ Sensitivity.

Archangel Haniel: "You are extra-sensitive to energies and emotions right now. Honour yourself and your feelings."

"Sensitivity is a beautiful and powerful gift, and there's no such thing as being 'too sensitive'. Your sensitivity helps you know the truth about situations and people, and it's important for you to trust and follow these hunches, intuitions, and impressions. Spend some time alone in nature to further develop your sensitivity. Avoid harsh situations and chemicals. At home or at work, ask me to help you choose life-affirming foods, beverages, companions, and activities. Know that it's safe for you to feel deep emotions, as they're part of your sensitivity.
